Please read this End-User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before installing and using the Bingo software. This agreement outlines your rights to use the Bingo software and includes warranty disclaimers and limitations on liability.

By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Bingo software, you confirm your acceptance of this EULA and agree to abide by its terms.

If you are accepting this EULA on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the software.

License Grant

You are granted a license to install and use the Bingo software on devices under your control (such as a mobile phone, or tablet). It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements for the software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change any part of the software, nor combine or integrate it with any other software. You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or utilize the software for any commercial purpose.
• Permit any third party to use the software on their behalf or for their benefit.
• Use the software in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Bingo software and any related intellectual property rights are owned by the software provider. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are granted to you under this agreement.

Termination

This EULA is effective upon your first use of the software and will continue until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, all licenses granted will immediately cease, and you agree to stop all use of the software. Provisions that naturally survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

This EULA and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
